New Roundabout – A82 Fort William

upcoming works to be carried out on the A82 on North Road, Fort William. These works are programmed to commence on 13th March 2017.

As part of the contracted works for Morbaine Ltd who are building a retail development, the  works involve the following main activities;

  • Construction of new roundabout at the position of the existing Lochaber Smelter junction
  • Associated drainage works
  • Service diversions required for the works
  • Cycle path construction
  • Toucan crossing construction
  • Bus Stop layby construction
  • New street lighting installation works

 

I have attached a location plan and traffic management phasing drawings with associated durations for your information.
