At the Paul Kelly Group, we have been involved in development work for over 25 years.  It has been an amazing journey that we still enjoy and find fascinating today.

The Paul Kelly Group is the sum of 3 parts: pkg life coaching, pkg training and pkg adventures, all of which allow us to provide high quality personalised experiences for both individuals and organisations.  We treat every single client as an individual, tailoring solutions to best fit your specific needs.

The Paul Kelly Group has extensive experience in business and staff development and offers businesses solutions in improving staff health and well-being, operational productivity, and staff development.  They offer a mixture of drop in workshops or tailored business solutions.

They offer training in the following areas:

Compliance Training: First Aid, Health & Safety, Fire Safety & Manual   Handling.

Staff Development: Customer Service, Communication for Business, Management & Leadership Training, Project Management, Event Management, Train the Trainer, Coaching & Mentoring.

Staff Welfare: Team Building, Stress Reduction, Wellbeing & Resilience Workshops.
