The Highland Bookshop is Up and Running!
The Highland Bookshop has been set up by Kevin Ramage, owner of the award-winning Watermill Bookshop in Aberfeldy and Lochaber businessman and author Angus MacDonald and is now open to the public. The shop has an extensive range of titles across all subjects including Scottish interest, the outdoors, children’s, fiction, as well as all non-fiction areas like history, food & drink.
The bookshop formally opened by Alexander McCall Smith on the 14th of July has seen real success since opening its doors to the public.
The Bookshop will be open 9.30am – 8pm Monday to Saturday and 10am – 5.30 pm Sunday, throughout July and August – opening until 8pm giving a much needed early evening ‘something to do’ for visitors. All year round opening will be 9.30-5.30 (10-5.30 Sunday).
The bookshop team want to build links with the local literary community, festivals etc and welcome people getting in touch – email@example.com
