Arthur Watt is a Chartered Building Engineer and Chartered Environmentalist with over 40 years of experience within the construction industry and has wide experience in Building Standards, Building Control, Building Consultancy and Business Development. He is an accredited Domestic Energy Assessor and can provide Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) for existing dwellings.

Coila Aitken carries out the Administration for the company and comes from a background in hospitality and banking.

Providing a range of consultancy services for both domestic and commercial buildings including building standards/control, general building consultancy, design of private wastewater treatment systems and surface water drainage, EPCs for existing dwellings, site inspections and supervision, fire risk assessments and business development, assistance can be provided with a wide range of related issues.
